ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a motivated team member ready for direct interaction with architect and owner clients. You should anticipate working in a team setting and independently as needed.
Salary: $85,000 – $130,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and/or prepare planning, design, and specifications of site layout and site infrastructure. Senior Level applicants should be familiar with reviewing work completed by other team members and be able to provide guidance as required.
- Coordinate with engineering and architectural partners to solve planning, permitting, design, and construction challenges.
- Supervise and/or prepare calculations consistent with applicable codes, relevant design standards, and accepted engineering practices.
- Design with relevant software such as HydroCAD to prepare stormwater modeling, hydraulic systems, and pipe design calculations.
- Work in Civil3D to assist with the preparation of exhibits, drawings, sketches, and details.
- Conduct field work for project conformance review, testing, and evaluations.
- Preparation of required applications, for regulatory agencies including local, state, and federal permitting.
- Writing reports, such as SWPPP’s Water & Sewer Reports, Narratives, etc.
- Reinforce a culture of collaboration with team members, clients, and partners through project meetings, gatherings, and community involvement.
- Senior Level applicants will have the ability to manage project budgets, assess project staffing needs to support assigned projects, and review project invoices.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $130,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- 8-12 years of total relevant engineering experience (may include time in Project Manager Role).
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE). If not licensed in New Hampshire, ability to acquire reciprocity within one year.
- Technical writing proficiency.
- Verbal communication skills to communicate successfully with clients, team members and for public hearings.
- CAD and/or Civil3D experience is a plus.
