16 hours per week, 10pm - 6am

Conveniently located on the campus of Carey Medical Center, our Caribou Home provides long term care, short term skilled nursing care, and assisted living residential care. As an employee, you will enjoy a home-like atmosphere and a compassionate team of skilled senior care professionals.

Under the supervision of the Residential Care Director, the Personal Support Specialist provides care that meets the physical and the psychosocial needs of the residents according to the residents functional assessment, service plan and as directed by the supervisor. This care is delivered in a manner that highlights each residents' abilities, preserves dignity an enhances quality of life. This is a 10pm-6am shift and includes a $6.000/hour shift differential.

Experience and Skills
